Around 90 students attended the training modules, focused on cultural context and policies, design and implementation of cultural projects, cultural communication and mediation, fundraising tools, copyright and taxation. The latter two issues, being linked to the particularities of the country, were addressed by Nigerien professors. The remaining topics were presented by two FOMECC Senegal experts, Youma Fall and Luc Mayitoukou.
