In early April, the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports presented the 2013 programme of its action plan for the programme in support of the cultural and creative industries, including measures to support access to finance, internationalisation and adaptation to new business models. The submission period for grant applications to create digital cultural contents and to promote innovation in industries as well as to support cultural action and promotion addressed to nonprofit organisations is already open.
