From 11 May to 10 June 2012, the FOMECC Senegal office in Dakar is hosting a visual arts exhibition entitled "Crossed Views". It is a part of the OFF program of the Biennale of African Contemporary Art DAK’ART 2012, which reaches its 10th edition this year with a programme of exhibitions and conferences on themes such as creativity and social contemporary dynamics. The central motif of the exhibited works in "Crossed Views" is the portrait, which includes pictures by Matar Ndour and pencil drawing by Saintrick, a visual artist who is better known as a musician. With this activity FOMECC Senegal continues its record of supporting the arts, cultural and creative sector in that country. FOMECC Senegal is an Interarts' initiative in collaboration with the Association des Métiers de la Musique du Sénegal and financial support of the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation for Development (AECID).
